  Keating Consulting accomplishes all of the tasks of the Grant Acquisition

  process, or any combination of the specific tasks of the process.

Typically, grant-seekers contract Carol A. Keating Consulting, as their Grant Acquisition Representative, to accomplish for them all grant application tasks, from developing, writing and submitting applications to representing them throughout the award selection process.  For clients who have the internal capability to independently pursue grants Carol A. Keating Consulting will: 

•    Plan, organize and coordinate partnerships seeking grants and other funding sources;

•    Conduct fiscal analyses, and plan budgets to launch, and sustain grant initiatives;

•    Conduct internal, and external research required for developing, and submitting Grant Applications;

•    Write, edit and evaluate applications;

•    Represent clients during the Grant Award selection process to negotiate with funding sources;

•    Submit Revised Grant Applications;

•    Administer Grant Awards;

•    Provide Third-Party Evaluation Services;

•    Perform Compliance Audits;

•    Conduct Grant-writing Training Seminars at National, State and Local Levels; and,

•    Provide Grant-writing Training Videos.
